2. Description of Service

Ed.ai provides AI-powered grading assistance, feedback generation, and personalized learning material creation for educators.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Account Requirements

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Be an educator or have authorization from an educational institution

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ed.ai for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ed.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Ed.ai, but grant us a license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ed.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
